Chris Tiderington & Linda Perry, two of the original Community School Organizers (CSOs) for Community Education are retiring in May. Hired in August of 2001, their CSO careers took Community Education on many paths. While their more visible efforts were with the seasonal Lighthouse Brochures, Chris & Linda were instrumental in numerous Community Books Reads (Hope Was Here, Color of Water, Speak, Amy, and Touching Spirit Bear.) One of those book reads, Seedfolks, led to the development of the Common Ground Garden behind the Center Courts building. They played a major role in community special events and forums, all with the design to educate the community

about critical issues. They connected with people in the community and beyond to bring quality programs to the students, parents, and staff of STCS. We wish them the very best on their next set of life journeys!
