“Top Patron Issues for the Past 30 Days”– This tool is growing in importance, and we wanted to ensure we made it easier to find and use. For that reason, we’ve placed it at the top of the Reports page, allowing you to inform staff how to confidently respond to common issues.

In addition, individual settings have been suppressed for disabling and enabling formats for borrows. If you would like to make changes, please contact your hoopla Coordinator.

As always, please continue to provide input and ideas regarding hoopla and how we can better support you. We’re dedicated to making sure hoopla delivers great experiences, not just to library patrons, but for library systems and staff as well.

April 30, 2014 | 8th Edition

Based upon feedback from our library community, we’ve put in place a number of enhancements to make hoopla digital an even more intuitive and positive experience for library professionals. The latest update went live on April 23, 2014, and included the following additions and revisions.

Reports – We’ve increased the power of hoopla’s administrative toolset by enhancing funds management tracking, as well as cardholder discovery and usage analytics. And, as requested, we’ve put more control in your hands in terms of understanding what patrons are looking for and how you help them get the most out of their hoopla and their library. Want to see more? Check out the Patrons, Circulations, and Spending Areas ... and let us know what you think.
