3. LA Doc Del sends an email alert to the Responder’s email address
4. Responder checks inbox, sees email alert
5. Responder logs into LA Doc Del to respond to request

• If your library is a member of Libraries Australia Document Delivery the request will go to your library’s account.
• Your library can be set up to receive an Email Alert that an Enhanced Request has been submitted from Libraries Australia Search
• The request will not be activated until a staff member at your library authorises it

• If your library is not a member of Libraries Australia Document Delivery, the request is sent to your library’s email address according to the ILRS entry and library staff then process the request.
