    A survey of users(students, staff and faculty) ofthe library is conducted to compare the currentand old state of affairs of the library.

    A questionnaire was developed.

    The questionnaire contains three sections.

    In first section data related to library services issought

    Second section/part of the questionnaire wasrelated to library environment
