• This is a guide to search LibGuides for a specific topic and search a database to access full-text/abstracts of ebooks and articles from journals and find print resources if available at Wits Library

• It is advisable to use these reliable resources: they are academic - peer reviewed • This guide shows where and how to search, refine the search results, get citation reports,

get alerts/notifications on authors and topics of interest • The guide shows how to access full-text ‘From the Publisher’ and how to search E-journal

Portal when there’s only abstract available, e.g. from Web of Science (this database is an index, it provides only bibliographic/reference information, no full-text hence the connection to the publisher if Wits has access and/or if it’s an open access item)

• It also shows downloading options of full-text resources from databases, how to save and download references for offline use and access to recommended/related articles
