Library Policies For Anatomical Models
Anatomical models are available for circulation for University of Illinois at
Chicago’s Peoria-based students, faculty, and staff.
Models are checked out for 24 hours.
At certain times of the year, faculty may choose to place models on Reserve so
that they are only checked out for 1 hour.
The Library will accommodate reservations for models that are needed for a
specific lecture, presentation, etc. It is recommended that you contact the library
at least one week in advance to ensure the availability of the model.
Special arrangements for longer check out times and non-UIC/Peoria patrons can
be made depending upon availability, need, and assurance of the model’s safe
return.
Please ask at the circulation desk to make a reservation or for additional details.
