Our Collective Pledge

A movement is taking hold in Snohomish County to make this beautiful place, one of the healthiest places to live and work. As visionary leaders and passionate community members, we are dedicating our current work to a common agenda and collective action, which will enhance our community’s health and well-being by 2020 and beyond.

As signatories, we are dedicating our current work together - to transform our community’s health and strengthen the prosperity of our county. Through this initiative, our work will become visible to others. We will have the opportunity to share our successes and aspirations, to create partnerships and leverage resources.

We will have the option to join and lead community councils that identify priorities and organize our collective work. These community councils will help identify service needs and gaps, learn which policies and programs are working (or not), and spread best practices to improve health.

With a common agenda, we will aspire to partner in the co-creation of future programs and projects, that can make a real and significant difference in the lives of our family, friends, neighbors, employees and colleagues throughout our county in the years to come.
