LGX compatible enclosures and housings

GDT Manufacturing is proud to offer modular single RU and multi-row RU fi ber termination panels (FTP) for data center design and installs. The cassettes and adapters vastly extend the number of connections available in off the shelf systems and reduce the amount of rack space required.

LGX platform is a very popular hardware confi guration for fi ber distribution giving you three spaces (1RU) for multiple options in your distribution. This family of products is a widely-used design, using push-pull fasteners to install panels and modules in enclosures. LGX platform hardware is available in pre-terminated MTP modules, adapter panels, pigtailed panels and modules, and associated fi ber housings.

A wide variety of optical enclosures are available for the LGX compatible family of hardware. Aside from the standard offering seen here, the LGX enclosures are highly customizable including customer labeling and branding on request.

The standard Classic hardware offering includes:

Cassette Number Code

Come available with any industry standard connector type, and fi ber counts range from 3 to 24 per panel. Panels are a durable powder coated black steel, with ports numerically labeled in white print. LC and SC connector types are available in non-keyed color coded in addition to the TIA standard colors.

All adapters are compliant with TIA/EIA- 568-B.3 and TIA/EIA-455-21A.

LGX MTP Modules are manufactured using enhanced optical fi ber and low loss connectors. These are guaranteed to be a high end performing product. Standard with low loss connectors and enhanced optical fi ber. Available in any fi ber and connector type. Modules are available in polarities A, B or C.

The manufacturing operation of GDT resides in a 40,000 square foot state-of-the-art production plant near the GDT customer service center in Dallas. The facility houses a technical workforce of approximately 100 highly-trained associates who are experts in estimating, inventory control, production, and procurement.
