Written Test (Aptitude)

Format depends from company to company

Duration varies from half an hour to 1.5 hrs.

Normally involves the aptitude questions, logical reasoning questions ,verbal questions and sometimes technical stuff too.


How to prepare for Written test

R.S Agrawal is the best book to prepare for aptitude, reasoning and verbal.

Download all the companies old papers and start solving them on a daily basis.

For technical stuff, get acquainted with C programming language, Data structures, OOPS concept, basic concepts of OS and networking.

Group DiscussionThe term suggests a discussion among a group of persons at least not the kind of discussion boys are having in the cafeteria about the Bollywood actresses


What is GD ?

Group Discussion is a modern method of assessing students personality.

The group will have 8 to 12 members who will express their views freely, frankly in a friendly manner, on a topic.

Within a time limit of 20 to 30 minutes, the various abilities of the members of the group is measured.

Initiating a GD is a high profit-high loss strategy.

When you start a GD, you are responsible for putting it into the right perspective or framework. So initiate one only if you have in-depth knowledge about the topic at hand.
