I praise the Holy Spirit for ushering a breakthrough in me as a worship leader through the LGI Worship Workshop last November 3 and 10. And it is our responsibility and task as worship ministers to elevate people’s worship to that level. But how will we do that when we don’t know it ourselves? Praise God because the Holy Spirit let us experience what Paul wrote in Ephesians 5:18, to be Spirit-filled and speaking spirit words, singing melodies and spiritual songs to the Lord in worship. WindWatch worship after the workshop was electrifying. We soared to another level. Our Worship Team combined Anointing and Skills and the people began flowing and were worshiping in tongues unashamedly, expressing their love even with dance movements in the Spirit. I was glad that our Worship Team was able to usher our people into the Most Holy of Holies, reaching the heart of God. We were all so privileged and blessed with Professor Bogs and his heart, skill and anointing. He taught us important music concepts and skills that we often ignore as we make excuses and “over spiritualize” our ministry. We forget how these important principles need to be incorporated and followed to improve the worship experience. More than what he taught, Professor Bogs showed what it meant to be excellent in worshiping God in heart, spirit, expression and skill inside out. I felt that the workshop was also God’s way of showing us what he wants from us as WindWatch and church worship ministers. I believe God is fixing and arranging our praise and worship teams to unleash the maximum power and anointing of praise. And He used the workshop to teach and coach us about what to do. I was convicted about the lack of excellence I put in as a worship leader. The workshop reminded me how worship leading is a serious ministry and as part of the praise and worship team we all have to be skilled and anointed. Indeed, God honors those who honor Him with skill and talent. I learned so much and desire to add even more to what I know in order to honor God with excellent worship. I am also so grateful for the worship team of Victory Church Malolos who graciously gave their time and expertise to help train all of us participants. Their tips during the breakout sessions were very practical and helpful. I am also so blessed with all the worship workshop participants from WindWatch Kamuning, WindWatch Makati, Puno United Methodist Church, Jesus Christ the Lord of All Church, and UP Church of the Risen Lord. It was a blessing to see worshipers who wanted to be better worship leaders in order to serve their church better. I’m sure that God will honor our hearts and help us be more effective and efficient worship ministers. I am excited how God will use LGI to raise up more Spirit-anointed worship ministers, as we hold more workshops like this next year. - Cookie Calaguas WindWatch Pampanga celebrates its first year BIOS The Quarterly Publication of Life-Growth Inc. I praise the Holy Spirit for ushering a breakthrough in me as a worship leader

through the LGI Worship Workshop last November 3 and 10. I felt like it wasn’t just Professor

Juro Kim “Bogs” Feliz, the pastors and coaches who taught us during the workshop but the

Holy Spirit Himself. The Holy Spirit made me understand and experience what it really means

to worship the Lord in Spirit and in truth. God wants and deserves a higher level of worship

from His people. And it is our responsibility and task as worship ministers to elevate people’s

worship to that level. But how will we do that when we don’t know it ourselves? Praise God

because the Holy Spirit let us experience what Paul wrote in Ephesians 5:18, to be Spirit-filled

and speaking spirit words, singing melodies and spiritual songs to the Lord in worship.

WindWatch worship after the workshop was electrifying. We soared to another level.

Our Worship Team combined Anointing and Skills and the people began flowing and were

worshiping in tongues unashamedly, expressing their love even with dance movements in the

Spirit. I was glad that our Worship Team was able to usher our people into the Most Holy of

Holies, reaching the heart of God.

We were all so privileged and blessed with Professor Bogs and his heart, skill and

anointing. He taught us important music concepts and skills that we often ignore as we make

excuses and “over spiritualize” our ministry. We forget how these important principles need to

be incorporated and followed to improve the worship experience. More than what he taught,

Professor Bogs showed what it meant to be excellent in worshiping God in heart, spirit,

expression and skill inside out.

I felt that the workshop was also God’s way of showing us what he wants from us as

WindWatch and church worship ministers. I believe God is fixing and arranging our praise and

worship teams to unleash the maximum power and anointing of praise. And He used the

workshop to teach and coach us about what to do. I was convicted about the lack of excellence I

put in as a worship leader. The workshop reminded me how worship leading is a serious

A Breakthrough in Worship

Leadership: From the Inside Out

What a blessing it is to see the power of

prophecy at work! It was indeed seen

during the WindWatch Pampanga First

Anniversary last October 5 at the San

Fernando City Hall Atrium. Pastor Vida

Mei Rivera, WindWatch Pampanga

Coordinator, and her team sought

instructions from the Holy Spirit, obeyed

them, and were amazed at the results.

It was a night of miracles and testimonies

as 150 Capampangans came for the first

time to experience the Holy Spirit Ministry.

Guests from LGI-WindWatch and

WindWatch Puno also came to give their

support. Many gave testimonies of how the

Holy Spirit has worked in their lives in

guidance and healing through the ministry.

Three leaders gave call outs and those who

received them testified afterwards how the

prophecy fit their situations.

Chief Justice Reynato S. Puno (Ret.) was

the guest speaker and spoke about the

importance of a Holy Spirit Ministry in the

church today. CJ Puno emphasized that

the Holy Spirit is in the business of

reviving people and churches in their

passion for our Lord Jesus Christ. LGI

Executive Director Rev. Criscelyn C.

Navarro and Puno UMC Associate Pastor

Rev. David Sablan blessed the people with

their prophetic prayers and testimonies.

“All About God”

Curriculum

transforms children

into spiritual

champions

LGI is committed to help churches raise up

children who are able to speak God’s truth,

show God’s power, and share God’s love.

Below are testimonies of Sunday School

teachers who have witnessed that the Holy

Spirit works mightily even in the lives of

little children:

“Complicated doctrine was made simple

and more exciting in the All About God

Curriculum. I have seen how my

students grew in number and in prayer

from the first day we started it. The

Holy Spirit has truly enabled this new

LGI Curriculum to work wonders in my

students.”

- Dawn Moran, SS

Teacher for Older Children

“All About God is helping the children

in establishing a relationship with God

early in life. They are ushered into an

intimate relationship with Jesus and

taught how to connect to God through

the Holy Spirit.

- Chennee Taniola, SS

Teacher for Kindergarten

“I have learned a lot from teaching the

All About God curriculum. Lesson 8:

God is My Champion really ministered

to me. During that moment, I was

extremely down and distressed. I read

Romans 8:28, prayed and gave my

cares and worries to God. I said the

Power Words of the lesson “I have sure

victory over sin and suffering.” And

indeed God showed Himself as my

champion and He provided people to

comfort me. Praise God!”

- Shekinah Glory Serrano, SS Teacher

for Children

All About God is a three-module, 39-week

Sunday School series that comes with

teacher’s manual and learner’s workbooks.

Module 2 “Experiencing God” is now

available. Call 413.6803 for details. - pcn

LGI celebrates 1st WindWatch Levites Fellowship

Thank you Holy Spirit for using Rev. Dr. Mina Palomo to usher the birthing of the 5 year

old WindWatch Prophetic Prayer and Healing Ministry on January 1, 2007. WindWatch

was co-founded by Ms. Cookie Calaguas, Pastor/Dr. Mimi Damian, Ms. Ofel Gegantoni, and

Pastor Vida Mei Rivera. It pleased the Holy Spirit that His will, anointing, and healing to

be made known. By its second year, the Holy Spirit appointed nine (9) overseers to partner

with the WindWatch Core group and together labor for the work of the Lord. They were

Pastor Art Calaguas, Dr. Miriam Calaguas, Pastor Golda Taopo, Dr. Grace dela Calzada,

Mrs. Mercy Lim, Ms. Nena Benigno, and Mrs. Girlie Bangunan. Pastor Abe Ng Sinco, and

Pastor Maya Ng Sinco.

As WindWatch continued to grow in number, more volunteers were asked to help put more

order to the fellowship. In biblical times, those who descended from the tribe of “Levi” were

consecrated by God to assist the priest in the temple. The Holy Spirit officially established

the Levites ministry through the leadership of Pastor Mina as she trained the volunteers on

the gifts of the Spirit with Daphne Guerra as Administrative Assistant. The Holy Spirit

blessed WindWatch with Christ-centred, committed, and competent volunteers who became

our Levites. Weekly mini lessons were given after WindWatch by Pastor Mina to empower

them to minister to the people through the ministrations of the Holy Spirit.

Through the years, LGI has raised about 50 Levite Volunteers who minister to God’s people

at WindWatch as pastors, prophets, healing intercessors, prayer leaders, teachers for first-

timers, gatekeepers, ushers, catchers, worship leaders, and technical support. Last

November 9, we held our first Levites Fellowship. The anointing, dedication, and

faithfulness of the Levites was overwhelming. Pastor Mina encouraged the Levites to “fan

into flames the gifts of the Spirit” that they receive and to pass on the passion as well.

Our confidence is in the Holy Spirit who blesses us with spiritual gifts to build up the

church. He has equipped godly men and women who are sensitive to His voice and will.

There are thirty seven (37) Levites currently serving God at WindWatch: (1) Praise and

Worship Leaders: Cookie Calaguas, Music Director Juro Kim Feliz, Atty. Charles Puno,

Aaron Dait, Bella Panggabean, Laarni de Belen, Bong Paragas, Genfel Gervacio, Mego

Paragas; (2) Healing Intercessors: Pastor Art Calaguas, Pastor Ester Bartolome, Atty.

Charles Puno, Melanie Costales, Marie delos Reyes, and Rose Regalia: (3) Prophetic

Prayer Leaders: Pastor Cris Navarro, Pastor Tina Gervacio, Pastor Vida Mei Rivera,

Nena Benigno; Arch. Marie Patadlas, Gaye Repomanta, Warren Repomanta, Gilbert

Gatdula, Ester Lee Paragas, Frieda Faeldog, Dawn Moran, Meryl Torres, Dr. Miriam

Calaguas, Marlene Gutierrez, (4) Gatekeepers: Girlie Bangunan, Meryl Calaguas, Mary

Bristol, Grace Miel, Malou Paterno, Cely Viernes, Mercy Lim, and Wayne John Lim; (5 )

WindWatch Coordinator: Pastor/ Dr. Mimi Damian. (6) WindWatch Curriculum

Developer: Thank you to Pastor Mina for continuing to write her prophetic messages even

after her retirement.

We also praise God for the fourteen (14) people whom the Holy Spirit used to minister to

His people in the past in various capacities: Daphne Guerra, Dr. Grace dela Calzada, Geegin

Mirador, Larzone Bueno, Ted Raralio, Ivan Lamboloto, Roy Antonio, Jojo Ferrer, Jethro

Penaloza, Rina Navarro, and Raymond Gregorio. Many thanks to God also for the lives of

Atty. Carmel Perfecto, Em Silvino, and Dr. Nitz Gabriola who are now in the perfect peace

of the Lord.

We look forward to the new year with greater harvest of God’s prophetic leaders! We declare

a stronger blow of the Spirit’s wind that will take WindWatch to a new level of faith

ushering in deeper mysteries and revelations of the Spirit. Expect more miracles, signs and

wonders, healing and deliverance as the Holy Spirit raises up for Himself a people whose

ears hear the sweet voice of the Spirit! Receive His glorious and mighty anointing fall on

you – TODAY! |pcn
