    Description

The special SCS control, with two module, lush-mounting and lowered, is itted with4 pushbuttons and two green/red two-colour LEDs. The LEDs may be adjusted orexcluded using the pushbutton on the control. The control can be used or perorming both standard and special unctions (timedON, scenario control, timer control, dimmer, unctions or video door entry system andsound system).

The advanced control may also be used in systems with SCS/SCS gateway (035 62).If the control is installed on the Bus of an interface, it will be possible to directlycontrol the actuator on the Bus of another interface, without the need for intermediateauxiliary controls. For this, the I configurator, representing the interface address onwhich Bus is the actuator to control, must be used. The logic expansion interfaces onthe system must be numbered from 1 to 9. When I=0, the device on the local line iscontrolled, while if I=CEN, the device controlled is the one installed on the riser. Withthe new control, it is therefore possible to set addresses for 81x9 devices connectedto the buses for the 9 interfaces + 81 devices in the riser, for a total of 810 addresses.

The M, LIV1 and LIV2 housings are also used for timer control functions.

    Scenario programming:

To program, change or delete a scenario, the programming of Module 031 51 must beenabled, confirmed by the programming status LED turning green (press the lock/unlockkey of the scenario module for at least 0.5 seconds). After this has been done proceed asfollow:1) Press one o the our special control keys the scenario should be associated to or

3 seconds. The corresponding LED starts lashing.2) Set the scenario using the corresponding controls or the various Automation,

Temperature control, Sound system, etc. unctions.3) Conirm the scenario by quickly pressing the corresponding key on the special

control to exit programming mode.4) To change a scenario or create new ones to combine with other pushbuttons,

repeat the procedure starting rom 1.To recall an existing scenario, a quick pressure o the corresponding key is enough. Tocompletely delete a scenario, press the corresponding key or 10 seconds.

This mode is used to control the amplifiers and the sources of the Sound System.By appropriately configuring A, PL/PF and M, the following functions can be obtained:1) A = 1 9 address of the room of the amplifier to control

    PL/PF = 0 9 address of the amplifier to controlM = 0 (Follow-me mode)*2) A=AMB room configuration

PL/PF = 0 9 configuration of the room to control (in this case all amplifiers of thesame room will be controlled)M = 1 (sound source activation S = 1)*

    3) A = GEN this mode allows activation of all amplifiers within the homePL/PF = M = 4 (activation of sound source S = 4)*

NOTE (*):M = 1 4 indicates the sound source to activate before switching the amplifier onIf M = 0, source 1 is activated without first switching all sources OFF (follow-me mode)

With all SPE = 8 modes, LIV1, LIV2 and I sources must not be configuredExample:I A=1, PL/PF=1 and M=3, the radio control will manage the ampliier with address

A=1 and PF=1, and will activate source 3.In sound system mode, the special control keys perorm the ollowing unctions:1) the ollowing sequence is sent by briely pressing T1:

    - Sources ON: source 1 is switched on only i M=0;- Ampliier ON

    2) With an extended pressure o T1- or point to point controls, i the ampliier is already on, only the volume is

adjusted (VOL+); i the ampliier is o, the irst switch-on sequence is sent;- For Room, Group and General controls, only the volume is adjusted.

    3) With extended pressure o T3, the volume (VOL) is adjusted. A quick pressure willsend the O control to the ampliier.

    4) Press T2 to change the source,5) T4 is the active source control.

Selection o the SOFT-START and SOFT-STOP speed (see table below) and selection o the xed adjustment level rom 1% to 99%through the LIV1=0 9 and LIV2=0 9 housings, according to the table or SPE=5. Control is ON at the level selected with theupper key and OFF at the one selected with the lower key. I LIV1=LIV2=0, a quick pressure o the upper key will be enough orthe ON control (at the last level saved), and o the lower key, or the OFF control; only in case o point-point controls, an extendedpressure will give the possibility to perorm adjustments (upwards with the upper key and downward with the lower key), on 100levels at variable speed.

In this mode the control only works as a timer. In order to use this special control asa timer control, the meaning o the conigurators is as ollows:M becomes M1LIV1 becomes M2LIV2 becomes SConigure the housings M1 and M2 or setting the timer minutes, and S or the timerseconds, in 5 sec. steps; see table.

I M1=M2=S=9, a control is sent with a 0.5 sec. time value. I M1=M2=S=0, thecontrol is not timed and works in cyclic ON-OFF on the bottom let pushbutton. Bycorrectly selecting the sub keys, it is possible to only send timer controls or, usingthe two right keys, the usual ON, OFF or dimmer adjustment controls.
