EXHAM Petroleum Development Company was established to explore opportuni�es in LNigeria's vast oil and gas fields. Promoted by some of the finest business leaders with vast

experience garnered across various sectors of the economy par�cularly in the oil and gas

With about 40 years of oil and gas industry experience, 32 of which were with Chevron in Nigeria and in the United States, Supo held several posi�ons of huge

responsibili�es, including Business Planning Staff; Manager, Produc�on Opera�ons Support; General Manager, Human Resources and Services; Director, Gas Related Projects; Produc�on Opera�ons General Manager; General Manager of Marine Services for Chevron Shipping Company; Execu�ve Director of Deepwater Assets and Produc�on Sharing Contracts (PSC) and Execu�ve Director of the NNPC/Chevron Joint Venture as well as the Deputy Managing Director for Chevron Nigeria Limited. He re�red from Chevron in August 2015.

His experience spans Produc�on Opera�ons, Explora�on and Asset Development, Reservoir engineering, Major Capital Projects, Earth Science and Reservoir Services and Facili�es Engineering.

A�er re�rement from Chevron in 2015, Supo con�nued with private professional prac�ce in oil and gas and assumed the posi�on of Chairman and Chief Execu�ve Officer of Lexham Oil Group, consis�ng of Lexham Oil Services, offering services in Petroleum Engineering, Geology and Geophysics and Oil Field Development; and Lexham Petroleum Development Company, seeking investments in marginal field acquisi�on and opera�ons in the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Sector.

His outstanding industry accomplishments include being Vice President of the Nigerian Gas Associa�on (2001-2002), promo�ng and execu�ng projects in support of Federal Government's efforts in gas development. Supo was named a Fellow of the Geological Society of London in 1981 and was awarded fellowship of the Nigerian Associa�on of Petroleum Explora�onists (NAPE) as well as Nigerian Mining and Geosciences Society (NMGS). He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers as well as Nigerian Ins�tute of Management, promo�ng the development of local human talents in the oil and gas industry.

A competent and accomplished professional in the upstream oil and gas business with strong business acumen, Supo has a strong drive for business performance and capacity for hard work, strong analy�cal skills and innova�ve thinking. He is an excellent team player and a strong advocate of good business ethics, leadership accountability and good governance.

Supo is a honors graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka with a degree in Geology (1979), where he received the best gradua�ng Geology student award and the Shell - BP Prize best all round student in Geophysics, Petroleum Geology, Sedimentology and Petrology. He earned a Master's in Geophysics and the Diploma Membership of Imperial College, as well as MBA from Saint Mary's College of California, United States of America.

Jacob is a seasoned oil and gas industry prac��oner with 31 years of extensive technical and managerial knowledge in the planning and execu�on of oil field services, personnel development and capacity

building.

Some of his major accomplishments, which include s�nts in Saudi Arabia, Angola, China, Thailand, Indonesia, Venezuela, USA and extensive engagements in Nigeria, are: supervision

of oil and gas produc�on, explora�on resource discoveries, asset development, reservoir services and technology development for Chevron around the world and also played key roles in major oil and gas discoveries in Nigeria, USA, Angola and Thailand. Others include immense contribu�on to the development of the earth science discipline and the development of a new crop of earth science leadership around the world, including Nigeria.

As Manager, Explora�on and Personnel Development Representa�ve, Chevron Nigeria and Mid Africa Business Unit, Jacob managed all explora�on efforts and project in both deepwater and on the shelf, including non-operated deepwater joint ventures to deliver 200million barrels of oil and gas annually. He also worked with Chevron Global Upstream Explora�on Management Team to develop and implement the annual global explora�on program and be responsible for a $200-300 million Chevron Nigeria explora�on annual budget. He was also Supervisor, Explora�on (Deep Gas), Chevron Gulf of Mexico BU, Lafaye�e, Louisiana, in the United States of America, where he managed overall explora�on and Deep Gas delinea�on well and seismic capital budget.

As Manager, North Offshore Asset Area, Chevron Nigeria, Jacob provided cross-func�onal leadership and ensured asset ac�vi�es were aligned to achieve business unit strategies and objec�ves and deliver the Business Plan, among many other key roles he played in the Nigerian opera�on.

A well-regarded industry thought leader, Jacob has published many ar�cles that have led to new insights on opera�ons in the oil and gas sector. Some of the ar�cles include The Role of Fault Kinema�cs and Capture in the Western Niger Delta and the Control of Sediment and Reservoir Distribu�on and Calibra�on of the Elemental Capture Spectroscopy Tool Using the Niger Delta Forma�on, among others.

Emmanuel has had close to four decades of career path experience transcending the educa�on, manufacturing, as well as the oil and gas sectors in Nigeria.

He was the Director of Human Resources and Medical in Chevron Nigeria Limited for seven years and subsequently, the Director of Business Services for nine years in

the same company, leading up to his disengagement in 2018. Prior to these two roles, he had worked in different managerial capaci�es in the HR func�on of Chevron Nigeria Limited

and the Nigerian Tobacco Company.

His key enduring experiences include the development, deployment and maturing of efficient shared service organiza�ons, development and opera�onaliza�on of HR strategy, management of employee issues in mul�cultural se�ngs, ini�a�on/implementa�on of enhancements of work systems and procedures driven by simplifica�on, effec�veness, efficiency and digital technologies.

Some of his key achievements include deploying an integrated talent management framework in the SBU with the workforce comprising 85 percent na�onals and 15 percent expatriates working in mul�ple countries across geographies, in addi�on to successfully integra�ng the workforces of the merged companies of Chevron and Texaco in Nigeria in 2001 – 2002. Emmanuel also pursued cost management and value crea�on strategies in Business Services Director role that enabled savings of $25 - $30 million annually through total cost of ownership decisions, contract renego�a�ons, cost avoidance, lean six sigma, etc.

Emmanuel's main professional interests are in people and organiza�onal development. Specifically, he is passionate about impar�ng knowledge, empowering HR func�ons, ar�cula�ng and developing organiza�ons' culture and human performance enhancement.

Emmanuel has a Bachelors in Educa�on (Poli�cal Science) from the University of Benin, an M. Debo’s excellent finance and management 26-year career, with 23 years spent in Chevron Nigeria and overseas, makes him one of the finest business execu�ves in the oil and gas

industry. He possesses the ability to develop and maintain produc�ve rela�onships with all stakeholders, with strong focus on opera�ons excellence, governance and compliance framework. Highlights of his career include enterprise CFO and Head of Finance with progressive global experience serving as a key financial resource for Chevron Nigeria. This is in addi�on to exper�se in material and warehouse, joint interest and gas accoun�ng, venture forma�ons, designing financial/accoun�ng func�ons for organisa�ons and treasury func�ons - opera�ons, investment banking, pension and benefits administra�on.

Some of his key accomplishments include financial management for a major capital project with more than US$10 billion construc�on costs and an annual budget of more than $600 million, and providing insigh�ul financial support for gas upstream and downstream business ventures for Nigeria and mid-Africa business units.

At Chevron, Debo worked in various aspects of corporate finance func�ons in the upstream business at various periods. These roles include joint interest accoun�ng, produc�on sharing contracts, treasury opera�ons, project financing and escrow management, materials/warehouse accoun�ng, among many others. He was also the founda�on Finance and Administra�on Manager for the Chevron sponsored Agura Independent Power Producer. Debo represented Chevron as key finance resource in nego�a�on and development of many commercial agreements for various gas projects, including West African gas pipeline (WAGP), Brass LNG, Olokola LNG, Escravos Gas to Liquids (EGTL), Escravos Gas Project Phases 1-3 (EGP), Agura Independent Power Project, NGas Limited (regional gas marketer), Gas Aggrega�on Company of Nigeria and WND Central Processing Facility.

He also had a s�nt as Finance Director/CFO of Alcon Nigeria Limited, a major construc�on company with over 34 years history of performance. Its major clients include Shell, NLNG, NAOC, AKSG, RVSG, etc. The company handled a number of major infrastructural, oil and gas industry capital developments mostly in the Southsouth.

Debo is a strong rela�onship builder, able to forge solid alliances with internal and external stakeholders as well as ability to form, manage and mo�vate teams to achieve cri�cal organisa�onal objec�ves. Engagement, which were majorly garnered at Chevron Nigeria.

As Terminal Opera�ons Manager, he managed over 220 employees with annual opera�ng budget of $130MM of Escravos Terminal Opera�ons with a capacity of 2.21MMBO storage and 680MMSCFPD Gas Plant. He also func�oned as Onshore Opera�ons Superintendent, where he drove support to the Asset Team to deliver Business Plan in growing and sustaining produc�on at 130,000 barrels per day in the Onshore Area – East &West of the Niger-Delta.

He was also Deputy Project Manager – Escravos Gas-to-Liquid Project (EGTL), $9 billion project and over 10,000 employees at project peak, where he championed Incident & Injury Free opera�ons through Opera�onal Excellence Management and ensured organiza�onal capability by using the relevant cross-func�onal teams. Strengthened technology transfer and capacity building of na�onal staff, local community contractors and workers.

As Manager, Policy, Government and Public Affairs (PGPA), John led company reputa�on management, stakeholder engagement, issues management and social investment ac�vi�es in support of base business and major capital projects in Chevron's Western area opera�ons; he was a cri�cal member of the team that pioneered Chevron's Global Memorandum of Understanding (GMOU) community engagement model. The GMOU promotes mul�-stakeholder par�cipatory partnerships, involving communi�es, state and local government and development NGOs, and enhances community ownership of their development process through a strict governance model that promotes transparency and accountability, peace building and the maintenance of rule of law.

John is a Business Administra�on graduate of the University of Lagos and also holds HND in Petroleum Technology from the Petroleum Training Ins�tute. He tops this with an Execu�ve Mini MBA in Oil & Gas – Houston, several project management and evalua�on programmes in and outside Nigeria.

Ebenezer has a rich 29 years of diversified and global upstream experience in produc�on, opera�ons, reservoir engineering, reserves, gas development, commercial, Joint Venture, and

general asset development & planning. Twenty of those years were with Chevron Corpora�on in Nigeria and overseas. He has also being an SPE Dis�nguished Lecturer based on his novel and widely acclaimed work on the development of oil recovery factor correla�on for sandstone reservoirs in Nigeria.

At Chevron, he was Principal Reservoir Engineer, Agbami Deepwater Development; Senior Reservoir Engineer, delivering very complex projects worked independently as well as provided diverse reservoir engineering support for a variety of global oil and gas assets working off the Chevron Energy Technology Center (ETC) in Houston, Texas. Ebenezer's experience also extends to complex and large projects in Angola, Gulf of Guinea, Venezuela and Trinidad-Tobago, Saudi Arabia, Brazil and the United States of America. One of his key roles was delivering reservoir simula�on studies and field development plans that led to the successful planning, execu�on and commissioning of the 250 kbopd FPSO asset.

Ebenezer also had s�nts with Heritage Energy Opera�onal Energy Services as Execu�ve Director, Opera�ons; Asset Manager, Aje Deepwater Asset, OML-113 Deepwater Asset, Folawiyo Aje Services and Chief Technical Officer, Neconde Energy Limited, on its OML-42 Joint Venture Opera�ons. His key roles include managing produc�on and subsurface teams for produc�on delivery in onshore asset with over 200 wells, and eight fields and 11 fields/facili�es and the 87-km Trans Forcados Pipeline system; managed the Aje Deepwater development asset, and managed the asset development and technical opera�ons for an operated 70,000 bopd of onshore asset comprising of six fields and four produc�on facili�es containing 180 drilled wells. Key responsibility include driving technical and development ac�vi�es to deliver target produc�on, reserves, opera�ng costs and HSE metrics.

With a honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ilorin, Ebenezer has authored and co-authored several papers and technical ar�cles. “Development of a Recovery Factor Correla�on for Niger Delta Reservoirs” and Value Crea�on through Field Deple�on Studies - the Meren and Meji fields examples, among many others, are some of his works.

Chuba is a leading legal prac��oner with considerable prac�ce experience in Oil and Gas Law, Energy and Power Law, Banking and Finance, and Engineering and Construc�on Law.

Chuba became professionally associated with Aluko & Oyebode, a firm noted for its work in banking and finance, capital market prac�ce, energy and natural resources,

intellectual property, dispute resolu�on, mergers and acquisi�ons, and tax law, shortly a�er he was called to the Bar. While at the law firm from 1995 to 2000, he handled briefs for major corpora�ons and industries, in many instances, se�ng the pace and par�cipa�ng in the public sector reforms that birthed new industries.

A 1984 graduate of Combined Social Sciences (majoring in Religious Studies) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Chuba also has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with a Second Class Upper Division from the same university. He was the best gradua�ng student in Interna�onal Law and in Jurisprudence in his class. He a�ended the Nigerian Law School, Lagos in 1994 where he graduated with a Second Class Upper Division.
