Manufacturing & Retail

Prior to kicking o our eorts, our client struggled with constant changes in leadership, which negatively aected several areas of the organization. With external factors (such as market certainty, the pace of technological change, and increasing sophistication of criminals), a renewed vision with clear strategic goals and action plan was needed. Reveille Group’s challenges were to create and implement a five year strategic plan for the organization, to consolidate information for the acting leadership, to establish benchmarks to track progress, and to communicate the plan to every employee, thus empowering them to make tangible connections between their role and each priority initiative.

CLIENT INDUSTRY

OUR SOLUTIONTo achieve our client’s objectives, our team met with leadership from each department to conduct a current state analysis, prioritize goals, and identify areas of improvement. Leveraging findings from our analysis, our team worked with acting leadership to create, promote, and implement a strategic plan that would help guide the organization towards achieving its intended goals.
