The living room leads into the dining room which can easily accommodate ten people. ‘Across the Divide’ by Nicolas Panayi dominates the dining room, adding to the sense of comradeship and harmony.

The magnificently equipped kitchen with state of the art equipment, including five ring gas hob, Miele electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine cooler and dishwasher, is both functional and vibrant. It is here you will find ‘The Captain’ and ‘The Crew’, a pair of paintings from Raluca Draniceanu, which perfectly complement this kitchen.

This floor also offers a cloakroom, large TV room and study. From the dramatic staircase, hung with large strongly coloured glass plates by Nemtoi, one reaches The Gallery.

first floorEntering from The Gallery the master bedroom suite hosts a private sitting room with fire place, large walk in wardrobe and en‐suite luxury his and hers bathroom with double bath, two washbasins, shower, bidet and WC. The vivid colours of ‘Abstract in Purple, Green and Orange’ by Victor Kuell are a vibrant contrast to the muted tones in the bedroom and reflect the bright colours of the hillside view.

The second of the three bedrooms on this level has a built‐in wardrobe and en‐suite bathroom. ‘Kerala’ by Morago adds powerful burnt ochre to the white and pale mauve of the bedroom. The third bedroom, also with en‐suite facilities, is home to ‘Dolomites’ by Joep, which, with its strong red influence, links to the brightness of the shower room.

Each bedroom has access to a private balcony with dramatic views to the coastline and beyond out to sea.

The double garage, approached via electronic entrance gates and a sweeping driveway, leads to the stairs and onto the two utility rooms and maids quarters where there is a bedsitting room, kitchenette and shower room. Dining al fresco or for just relaxation, the outside terraces have areas offering everything you could need. The main terrace has two large pergolas, one for dining and one for sitting, relaxing and enjoying the view. Here ‘Delicate Sounds 1 and 2’ by Joep continues the theme of Mirage, offering a mirror image of subtle but crisp colours blending in with the Mediterranean landscape.
