Dear Brankica, Sanja and Predrag,

Here is what I have come up with this shall not be considered as final version, since I will be

waiting and expecting your comments and suggestions to it as well. I will explain the idea that I

have followed in elaboration of this presentation, and hope you agree with it, for us all to be

consistent throughout the whole work.

1. Just mentioned the documents that are to be commented upon in this presentation

2. I have mentioned the two basic principles legal acts in the field of freedom of movement of

workers have been approved, and I will make a brief 1 minute presentation for these.

3. I have included the basic articles all our documents are based upon I still need to include

the text of the articles, and see what exact comments I want to include there. If you have

any suggestions here, please forward them.

4. I also included the two directives that are complementary to all our legal documents.

NOTE:I saw in Predrags presentations that both these directives were later repealed by

his decision, so, Predrag, please think of including this as a comment with explanation in

your part of the presentation.

5. Than I have included my regulation. I think two slides on each of our documents should beenough. One should just present the basic idea/objectives of the document, and the second

one what it provides for. I will add up to my comments here during the week, and I can

just later send you my comments.

6. We will include all prohibitions and limitations in a slide later. On this one we should meet

(or just keep communication via e-mail) and discuss all the limitations/restrictions our own

documents have, and decide on how shall we include that in the slide. I already put there

Areticle 39(3) of the EC Treaty. I will include my comments later. But I just want you to

tell me what you think about this.

7. I also included a slide (which will be either just before the conclusion, or be considered

part of the conclusion) on the conditions for the new member states. It is something of

great interest, something that has not been treated in our personal papers, and it is not a

problem for me to do it.

The approach is a little different than what all of us have done in our personal presentations. But it

does fit to the ideas that Etinski gave us and the plan that we have agreed upon. Lets not make the

PowerPoint presentation pure text to read but, instead, have our comments included, so that all of

us can see what one or another is going to say. Hope it is ok with you. I guess this is all for now.
