Sub: Request for an Appointment regarding Consultancy Services offered by Webcon.

West Bengal Consultancy Organization Ltd. (WEBCON), setup in 1979 under the Companies Act, 1956 by financial institutions and state government bodies. The company, is under the purview of CAG audit, is a multi functional consultancy organization in the public sector and plays a catalytic role in promotion and development of industries, infrastructure, entrepreneurship and skill development across the country.

In order to support the great strides ushered under the new leadership in the state, state of West Bengal is well positioned to leap frog and to hog the leading position amongst Indian States in imparting quality education encompassing entire facets of education bandwidth in order to highlight state’s performance in providing quality manpower, from grass root level to along the entire bandwidth of higher education.

State is well positioned to manifest the role to be played by the private sector, that too along the entire geography of the state, to create the whole wave of growth leading to all around development of the entire state population.

Carrying out survey & studies –WEBCON is well poised to evaluate the details of the requirement, plausible solutions to address the specific issues (pertinent to the geography) and to handhold the delivery requirement of the state government to achieve specific mile stones & reaching the goals,

Development of school infrastructure in PPP Model in the districts —Webcon Being The Nodal State Level Agency, In Executing Projects In The State, Across Bandwidth, Is Well Poised To Develop Private Infrastructure, Suitably Partnered With Leading Entrepreneurs, For Setting Up Quality Knowledge Learning Centres (Qlcs’) For All Around Growth Of Students.

Centre Schemes & Funds —Webcon is acting as perfect conduit on many central govt programs, across India & encompassing sectors, thereby is suitably qualified to handhold allocation of similar initiatives in West Bengal education sector as well.

Identification of Strategic Partners in Education Sector – Webcon may assist the department towards liaison with prospective entrepreneurs eager to setup quality education infrastructure in the State and assist the entrepreneur with project execution.
