Subject:- ISSUANCE OF LPC.
Sir,
It is submitted that previously I have been working as
Superintending Engineer, Development Circle, Lahore till 23.04.2012.
Now I have been promoted and posted as Chief Engineer
Irrigation Zone Faisalabad vide S&GAD Notification No.SOEI-1-
4/2011 dated 21.04.2012 and took over the charge on
23.04.2012. AN.
It is therefore, requested to kindly issue necessary
direction to the concerned officer to issue my Last Pay Certificate as
well as to transfer the Computer Data to District Accounts Office
Faisalabad in DDO Code No. FD-4109. So that, my pay at Faisalabad
may continue.
An early action is requested please.

Office is hereby appointed as Assistant (BS-14) on current charge basis for a
period of one year against the vacancy caused due to promotion of Mr.Riaz
Ahmad Cashier as Superintendent on current charge basis under Rules 1974 of
the Punjab Civil Servants (Appointment & Condition of Service) Rules 1974 read
with Services General Administration & Information Department Punjab
Notification No. SOR-III-2-58/97 dated 09.09.1998. with immediate effect.
The appoinement is purely on stop gap arrangements which does not
confer any right of regular promotion and seniority over his seniors and can be
reverted at any time. On expiry of a period of one year the current charge
appointment will automatically come into an end.
