I am the Pediatric Program Coordinator for the Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) Program at Kapi’olani Community College. I also serve as the lecturer for the classroom component of the Pediatric course and a clinical instructor. Christina was a student in my class in the fall of 2015. The Pediatric component of the ADN program is a fast paced and intense course and covers complex medical surgical conditions in infants and children. Ms. Rombawa met all course expectations and excelled in class. She is able to apply theory and demonstrate acute critical thinking abilities and understanding of the nursing process. Ms. Rombawa is eager to acquire nursing knowledge and experience and was fully engaged in her learning process. She actively sought out learning opportunities and challenges and utilized multiple resources to obtain knowledge. She responded well to guidance and actively sought out constructive feedback on her performance and content comprehension. She successfully conducted a health education class for children along with a colleague which was well received by the school. Ms. Rombawa is highly motivated to perform well. She is a mature learner with a high degree of integrity, responsibility, and ambition and behaved professionally at all times. She was always punctual, prepared for the task at hand, and met all deadlines. I believe because of her maturity and life experience, she is able to handle challenging clinical and professional situations with an aura of calmness and wisdom. She is also a team player; offering assistance to her colleagues and being an advocate for colleagues whether in the clinical or classroom setting. Ms. Rombawa also has a pleasant and positive attitude that makes it enjoyable to have her in class. She is regarded well by her peers and works well with colleagues, faculty and educational staff. It was a pleasure and honor to have her as a student. I feel she will excel in any aspect of nursing and believe she would make a positive addition to your healthcare team. So it is without reservation that I strongly recommend Christine Rombawa. If you have any questions, I can be reached at the contact information listed below.

April 17, 2016 To Whom This Concerns: I am writing this letter to offer my recommendation for Christine Rombawa. I am the Pediatric

Program Coordinator for the Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) Program at Kapi’olani

Community College. I also serve as the lecturer for the classroom component of the Pediatric

course and a clinical instructor. Christina was a student in my class in the fall of 2015.

The Pediatric component of the ADN program is a fast paced and intense course and covers

complex medical surgical conditions in infants and children. Ms. Rombawa met all course

expectations and excelled in class. She is able to apply theory and demonstrate acute critical

thinking abilities and understanding of the nursing process. Ms. Rombawa is eager to acquire

nursing knowledge and experience and was fully engaged in her learning process. She actively

sought out learning opportunities and challenges and utilized multiple resources to obtain

knowledge. She responded well to guidance and actively sought out constructive feedback on

her performance and content comprehension. She successfully conducted a health education

class for children along with a colleague which was well received by the school.

Ms. Rombawa is highly motivated to perform well. She is a mature learner with a high degree

of integrity, responsibility, and ambition and behaved professionally at all times. She was

always punctual, prepared for the task at hand, and met all deadlines. I believe because of her

maturity and life experience, she is able to handle challenging clinical and professional

situations with an aura of calmness and wisdom. She is also a team player; offering assistance

to her colleagues and being an advocate for colleagues whether in the clinical or classroom

setting.

Ms. Rombawa also has a pleasant and positive attitude that makes it enjoyable to have her in

class. She is regarded well by her peers and works well with colleagues, faculty and

educational staff. It was a pleasure and honor to have her as a student. I feel she will excel in

any aspect of nursing and believe she would make a positive addition to your healthcare team.

So it is without reservation that I strongly recommend Christine Rombawa. If you have any

questions, I can be reached at the contact information listed below.
