1. Mr. Justin Bondietti has been employed as a contactor, through RMC, Inc., for the past 2years at the Arkansas National Guard, Department of Military Supporl, Antiterrorism office. Hisduties were to provide research, advice, programs, and recommendations to the Adjutant Generaland Major Subordinate Commander's as it relates to the DoD, Army, and Air ForceAntiterrori sm policies and regulations.

2. Mr. Bondietti has made drastic improvements in the Arkansas National Guards Antiterrorismprogram. He has done this through intensive research and putting in the extra hours to ensure theCommand has the best infbrmation in order to make sound command decisions.

3. Mr. Bondietti also lives his personal life with high morals and extensive family values. Mr.Bondietti and his family are assets to their community and neighborhood.

4. , Mr. Bondietti has been a major contributor to this organization, his community, state andcountry. I feel he has much more to give and I would highly recommend him fbr any position inthe United States Marine Corps, to include leadership positions. His work ethic and valueswould bring great credit to any organization in which he is involved.
