Your high level ofprofessionalism, dedication to duty, and military bearing is indicative of a Marine Non-Commissioned Officer. Be assured that recognition of such exemplary efforts is duly noted andappreciated.

You have consistently demonstrated superb leadership and in-depth understanding of the conductand philosophy of the Marine Security Guard program. You have distinguished yourself as a

tactically proficient member of the Detachment. You are truly comrnitted to the first line ofdefense and security to our United States Missions abroad.

Your outstanding support of the embassy community and volunteer work with the localcommunity promoted an outstanding relationship between the people of the United States andRussia. You opened the hearts and spirits to the under privileged children of Moscow, Russia.It's nice to see that people like yourself still care and have a genuine concern for those who are

less fortunate.
