You have personally been involved in every facet of the Detachment and haveconsistently displayed a positive can-do attitude at this high operational tempo post. Duringcrisis situations you performed your duties with confidence, poise, and tireless dedication. Youractions exemplify the pride and spirit that are the essence of today's Marines. Your high level ofprofessionalism, dedication to duty, and military bearing is indicative of a Marine Non-Commissioned Officer. Be assured that recognition of such exemplary efforts is duly noted andappreciated.
You have consistently demonstrated superb leadership and in-depth understanding of the conductand philosophy of the Marine Security Guard program. You have distinguished yourself as a
tactically proficient member of the Detachment. You are truly comrnitted to the first line ofdefense and security to our United States Missions abroad.
Your outstanding support of the embassy community and volunteer work with the localcommunity promoted an outstanding relationship between the people of the United States andRussia. You opened the hearts and spirits to the under privileged children of Moscow, Russia.It's nice to see that people like yourself still care and have a genuine concern for those who are
less fortunate.
Sergeant Bondietti, continue to lead as you have here in Moscow-. We would like to wish youcontinued success as you depart to your next duty station at Camp Pendleton, CA.
