I believe that I am an exceptional fit for this position, because I know exactly what the roles and responsibilities entail and I feel like I could perform them all to the best of my ability. In the job description for the position, there were some requirements that stood out to me for example:• Making sure the customers are pleased• Being organised and responsible• Organising refreshment’s• Setting up the venue I know all the duties and responsibilities that I can acknowledge and take into consideration to complete to the very best of my ability. I also completely understand how my actions affect the overall hierarchal structure of the production.

I am a real team player and will be able to work with all the other members of my team to complete all duties quickly and efficiently for example when being a sound operate within a pantomime I have to work with all other members of the production team such as the cast and the lighting operator to ensure the performance ran smoothly. This example highlights good communicate skills and ability to liaise with numerous people within the wider team. I am also reliable and can listen to all instructions given to me by my Front of House Manager and complete all task to the best of my ability, I know this because within college I complete all work within the given time and also listen to all instruction for teacher and other pupils.

I noticed in the application that you mentioned that you needed an organised and responsible candidate who is very trustworthy. My previous role within production arts included Stage Manager where I had to watch all rehearsal’s and map out the placement for individual props for each performance which shows my organisation skills. Also within the experience of being stage manager I have proven that I can leads others and be very independent and mature within important roles. Furthermore I had to be on my feet at all times and problems solve quickly to ensure that the performance went effortlessly and this all contributes to be making me an ideal candidate for this role.

I would be described as sociable and talkative and they are very important qualities to possess in this specific role to make sure the customers have a positive experience and leave with a smile on their face.
