These home ads usually reach between 200 to 400 each time I share it with my friends and followers.

Top Realtors are also very good people to expose your home to for obvious reasons: They have a large buyers pool!

Like most agents I email top agents with my listings but I do not stop there because email inboxes are inundated these days.

Linkedin inboxes are less cluttered so that is where I want to go to make sure I get someone’s attention

Since I am the latter I refuse to just put your home on the MLS and wait for it to sell itself.
