The Let's GOWEX, SA Extraordinary General Meetingof its Shareholders held on November the 5th, 2012,on a first call, had a total number of 22 shareholderspresent or represented, that accounted the 70.77% ofthe total share capital and they approved unanimouslyin full the resolutions proposed:

The increase in share capital approved by theBoard of Directors of the Company onNovember the 12th, 2012 in exercise of thepowers delegated by the ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting of November the 5th, 2012,has been executed.

It consisted of the issuance of 1,528,404 newordinary shares of five cents of euro (0.05) ofnominal value and of the same class andseries as those GOWEX shares currentlyoutstanding and issued with a premium of11.55 euros, so it has been an issue price of11.60 euros per share. Therefore, the totalamount of the subscription amounted to17,729,486.40 Euros.

First.- Renewal of the authorization

granted to the Company to proceed withthe acquisition of its own shares.

Second.- Modification of the

Starting today and thanks to the GOWEXMadrid hard work, open access to the Wi-finetwork will be available around the CityHall of Dame Street, San Patricio Park andSmithfield.

The Irish press mentioned GOWEX as thecompany of Madrid that provides theservice. They also informed that it willgenerate more revenue through advertisingand roaming agreements with other mobileservice providers.

The GOWEX CEO, Jenaro García added:

GOWEX takes free Wi-Fi to Paris public transportEuropa press

GOWEX will provide free WiFi in 48 transitstations and surrounding outdoor areas ofParis. According to the company, thisproject will provide WiFi access in 66"smartzones". Thus, the 4.5 million dailypassengers who use the metro of Paris canaccess with their mobile devices to theInternet for free.

However, the service will incorporate theentire subway network gradually, whichcurrently has 14 lines, 245 stations andcarries over 1,500 million passengers a year.

The Spanish company GOWEX brings free Wi-Fi, to Marseille busesExpansión.com

The Spanish company GOWEX announcedtoday the signing of an agreement withthe French company transport "RDT 13"to implement Internet wirelessconnection services (WiFi), in Marseille(South of France) buses.

The project complements the company'sofferings in train stations near Marseilleand Aix-en-Provence, which make iteasier for users who move between thosetwo cities creating a "permanentconnection“.

Regarding its use, travelers can register inthe GOWEX Website or in the bus.

GOWEX conquers Dubai with its free Wi-FielEconomista

The Spanish company brings theirnetwork to the main bus line of theEmirates.

Users of, the main bus line in the UAEwhich connects Dubai and Abu Dhabi,enjoy free Wi-Fi service on board thanksto the action of the GOWEX company inthat area of the Persian Gulf.

"The global position of the United ArabEmirates, as a gateway to threecontinents and Dubai as technologicaland financial epicenter, is the idealenclave to extend our model of free Wi-Fieverywhere in the Middle East" explainedsome sources of the Spanish company .

Free Wi-Fi, the treasure huntEl País

GOWEX, founded in the nineties as aprovider of Internet, entered the free Wi-Fi in 2006. GOWEX end up addingcontracts in Spain and abroad, withmunicipalities, associations and transportcompanies, in which it offers free or paidWi-Fi. GOWEX is established in 65 citiesaround the world and serves 15 metro orbus companies in Buenos Aires, Paris,Marseille and Dubai. It also hasagreements with Nintendo and DeutscheTelekom.

GOWEX invoiced in 2006 Euros 10.5million and ended 2011 with 66.7 millioneuros. No wonder it has been the greatsuccess of last year stock. After tradingout to MAB in 2010 to € 4.2, it increasedup to 14.4 on Thursday. Its value hasdoubled in the past five months. "Ourcapitalization exceeds 180 million Euros"recalls Garcia.

GOWEX signs an agreement with SNCF to offer free Wi-Fi in the main train station in MarseilleelEconomista.es

GOWEX has signed an agreement withthe French National Railways (SNCF) tooffer its free Wi-Fi service in the maintrain station in Marseille, as reported bythe firm specializing in Wi-Fi cities.

Thus, under this agreement, more than15 million passengers per year of"Marseille St. Charles" station will enjoyfree 24 hours Wi-Fi.

This station is one of the main points oftourist arrivals in Marseille, EuropeanCapital of Culture for 2013.

Recently, SNCF has announced its "lowcost" high speed train (TGV) operatingbetween Paris, Lyon, Marseille andMontpellier, which will help considerablyto multiply the volume of travelersplanned for next year and potential usersof the Wi-Fi service in St. Charles station.

For the third consecutive year, GOWEX participated in the Mobile World Congress2013, landmark event in the mobile sector, worldwide hold from the 25th to the 28th

of February in Barcelona. The company's booth was located in the Pavilion of Spain(center aisle between the hall 4 and 5) which were also represented other importantSpanish companies such as Abertis, Unkasoft or Zed.
