Znanje in razumevanje: - Poznavanje metod merjenja časa. - Prepoznavanje kritičnih mest in usmerjanje v

humanizacijo dela. - Določanje ozka grla v procesu. - Racionalizirati ozka grla.

Prenesljive/ključne spretnosti in drugi atributi: - Obvladovanje metod MTM, MTO. - Obvladovanje temeljev WF in REFA. - Obvladovanje tehnike normiranja.

- Izvajanje racionalizacije

Knowledge and understanding: - Knowledge of methods of time measurement. - Knowledge of identifying critical points in

production in respect to work humanisation. - Recognize bottle necks in production - Rationalization of bottle necks.

poslovne sisteme - spozna metode in tehnike, ki omogočajo

obvladovanje projekta - obvlada orodja, s katerimi je mogoče podpreti

The purpose of the subject is, that student can: - acquire methodological knowledge of project

management area - understands methods of including projects in to

business systems - understands relationships between different

project groups of participants - finds out possibilities of projects including of their

implementation to a business system - finds out methods and techniques that enable

project managing - restrains program tools, with which is possible to

support project management

Diplomsko delo je pisni dokument, s katerim študent dokaže sposobnost uporabe teoretičnih znanj in pri vajah ter v praksi pridobljenih izkušenj za rešitev problema, ki si ga je izbral s prijavo teme diplomskega dela. V diplomskem delu študent pokaže svoj način razmišljanja, sposobnost izbire in uporabe domače in tuje strokovne literature, dodatnih virov za potrebe rešitve izbranega problema ter uporabo ustreznih metod. Diplomsko delo mora vsebovati elemente izvirnosti.

The degree’s work is a written document by means of which the student proves his ability to use the theoretical knowledge and in his seminar and in practical work achieved experiences in resolving a problem chosen by applying for a theme of his degree’s work. In his degree’s work the student presents his way of reasoning, his ability to choose and use his national and foreign professional literature and additional sources in order to solve the chosen problem, and, the use of the suitable methods. His degree’s work should contain the elements of originality.

Mentor na konsultacijah preverja vsebinski in strukturni vidik naloge in spodbuja izvirnost kandidata. Mentor pripravi kandidata na elektronsko predstavitev diplomskega dela in na verjetna okvirna vprašanja pri zagovoru.

The content and the structural aspect of the work is monitored by tutor during his consultations. The tutor encourages the candidate’s originality. The candidate is readied by his tutor to present his degree’s work electronically and to be able to answer some general questions in defending his work.
