The Envision School is an idea nurtured by years of proven experience with

children and parents. One which resulted in the growing of a collective of play-

schoolers into happy and smart children. The blending of time-honed techniques

of learning with ingenious methods of instruction was inherent and intrinsic to

this journey. Add to it a high level of accountability and conversation between the

school and the parents, and a lasting belief that life is a judicious mix of reality and

positivity, learning and questioning, academics and life lessons – you have the

genesis of The Envision School, a growing idea and a new one that envisages to

be like no other.

The Envision School is located at Basavanagar, Marathali Post, spread across

3 acres of green surroundings and fresh air.

The Envision School combines simple techniques of the one-to-one pedagogy of

ancient traditional education systems with modern methodologies. We have CBSE

and IGCSE syllabi delivered in the XSeed education format from Singapore – the

best of what we treasure as proven teaching methods, with the progressive ways

of future-enabling techniques.

Children will be inspired to always ask why, and teachers will, by choice, give

answers that nurture reasoning, observation and the precept behind the theory.

At the Envision School we empathise with every parent’s dream. What’s your

A meaningful, well-orchestrated approach to pedagogy influences children’s

outcomes, spreads the joy of learning, removes inequality and allows every child

to pick up their pace and choice of the learning curve. In our philosophy it is

more than just a term. It is a harmonious blend of the teacher, the student and

the culture around that fosters a unique environment of learning, questioning,

solving, empathising and succeeding. We call it positive pedagogy. Our pedagogy

Qualified and Experienced Teachers

The TeamMeet the architect of the vision behind Envision and also the prinicipal who will

lead this vision and make it a reality.

Sarath is the founding director and the architect of the vision behind Envision. He is an award winning Educationist

who has led the Envision group to multiple prestigious pan-India awards in the field of education since 2009.

An Engineering Graduate with a PG in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, Sarath comes with two decades

of international exposure spanning four continents in the fields of Software Engineering, Business Development,

Marketing and Education.

Sarath has extensively travelled across the world to explore and experience different cultures, people behavior and

living conditions, and this has helped him understand the impact and value of education from a global perspective.

His love for education comes from his school days at the prestigious Lawrence school (Ooty) where he first began

to show a flair for achieving wins across fields. Be it his prodigious skills in Mathematics that won him a scholarship

in his school days or his love for communication that led to winning an essay writing competition held across the

Commonwealth countries or the many medals that stand testimony to his athletic skills, and finally getting an admit

into the much coveted XLRI, Jamshedpur, Sarath was an achiever from a young age.

Across this journey of many successes, Sarath always felt there were gaps in the current education system that could

be improved. A unique concept-driven education where children are imbibed with strong value systems and the love

for learning, Sarath believes, will enable them navigate the world outside with greater success. He ensured that he

visited multiple schools, colleges, universities, and fine arts arenas all over the globe to enhance his horizons, develop

best practices across the spectrum and get the best holistic programs for children. His singular focus on continuously

improving the quality of education while keeping it affordable for most people is the driving force behind Envision..

Unique dreams need unique minds to make them a reality. In our journey towards the ideal, Mrs. Anuradha Rohidekar

is the able administrator who will help us achieve our dreams. She shares our philosophy of a values-driven

progressive curriculum that will provide a safe space for wholesome development of a child. She believes education

with positive pedagogy and right infrastructure is a great foundation for a child’s growth.

A masters in science graduate who chose the field of education out of sheer passion, she has an enviable track record

as an academician for leading schools across various capacities, first as a Head of the Science Department and then as

a Vice Principal, for nearly two decades, both roles that she excelled in. She is the recipient of many prestigious awards

in the field of education including the Award for Excellence in holistic development of children

She is known for bringing a forward-looking and progressive outlook towards education in all the schools she

has worked with. Credited for starting various initiatives to create a love for science among students of all ages to

launching community integration programs with facets of crowd funding and social interactivity, Mrs Rohidekar is an

accomplished and reputed academician. Having had the experience of leading schools with a large number of pupils,

nearly 2000 at a time, making innovative strides all through, she is often invited to lead panels and workshops in

education-related events all over the country.

An avid reader and music aficionado, she has been instrumental in starting many extracurricular activity clubs in

her previous roles. She’s a proponent of the idea that these activities help children inculcate the values of initiative,

excellence, confidence, self-esteem, discipline, integrity, dedication, creativity and most importantly a love for life-long

learning.

She avers that a child’s environment can be made enriching by the coming together of the pupils, teachers and

parents on the platform of a shared vision. She will work to create a transparent and continuous communication

framework with the parents for feedback while driving the overall vision of Envision to reality.
