Who owns and operates it? Capstone, as an owner of the facility, will operate all aspect of the WHP project in partnership to complement your existing operations. As an experienced facility operator, Capstone gives you the certainty and comfort to operate the project safely in partnership with your company.

Let’s get it done. Capstone and Terrapin, along with its construction and integration partners, will finance, build and commission your WHP project. Capstone will purchase your waste heat and manage the facility, while providing you ongoing revenues from your waste heat.

How do we develop and build it? Terrapin is a full-services engineering, design and development firm specializing in heat to value projects. Terrapin offers detailed design, economic modelling, project development, and regulatory services to ensure all efforts are focused on getting projects built. We manage the design and project execution, including all environmental and regulatory approvals. For construction, we partner with industry-leading construction firms and established WHP technology providers to deliver the highest quality, most reliable projects.
