4. PatienceShepherds will learn forbearance when dealing with animals with unpredictable behaviours
5. SelflessnessShepherds will put the flock first before himself
6. CaringShepherds will take care and be attentive towards the flock
7. AlertShepherds will be aware of the welfare of the flock and the surrounding
8. ResourcefulShepherds will be creative in managing the flock and finding different ways/area to tend to the flock
9. TrustworthyShepherds is trusted by the flock under care and the owner of the flock
10. TruthfulShepherds will be alone in the rural area and no one is watching, except Allah
11. DependableThe flocks depend on the shepherds
12. IndependentShepherds will learn to be self-sufficient as no one in the area and sheep cannot help much
13. ReflectiveShepherds will reflect upon the creation of Allah while tending to the flock
14. Strong (physically & emotionally)Shepherds have to move fast and work under hot sun
15. BraveShepherds have to protect the flock from danger
16. Enduring/PersistentShepherds have to endure all the hard work and
17. HumbleLooking after animals will humble them down
18. Good temperShepherds will learn that getting in a temper does not work with animals and will learn to control their temper
19. ToleranceShepherds will learn to be acceptance of the flocks behaviour and needs
20. Organized/controlled/well-plannedShepherds will learn to be organized and structured to ensure the flocks are manageable
21. UnityShepherds will learn that by staying together / united the flock will be safe from predators
22. EmpathyShepherds will learn to understand the condition of others
