Kids who are not ready for tackle football are encouraged to come and learn the fundamentals of the game. Flag Football leagues provide players the opportunity to learn the basics of football in a developmental environment. Open to girls and boys ages 4K- 6th Grade.
YMCA FLAG FOOTBALLLeagues focus on having fun and teaching fundamentals. Players will be educated on safe techniques. Coaches will lead skills practice and organized 6 on 6 games, playing different teams each week. Tennis shoes or football cleats are suitable. Learn:
• passing • blocking • defensive positions • catching
