• Using Supplementary Worksheet - SW4 (page 80) work in pairs to consider real-life confl icts that can arise and identify possible 'Win-Win' solutions.

English – Watch and discuss the 'Bridge' video to further explore the disadvantages of 'Lose-Lose' and the benefi ts of looking for 'Win-Win'. www.otb.ie/wwb-bridge

• Drama– Using the ‘Bridge’ video above, act as a TV or radio reporter, and give a report of a scene from the video as if it is happening 'live'. The reporter should comment, as appropriate, whether the characters are demonstrating, 'Win-Win', 'Win-Lose’, ‘Lose-Win’ or ‘Lose-Lose’ attitudes.

• English – Stories are made up of confl ict and solutions. Choose a confl ict that has taken place in any story, novel or poem you have read and identify the solution. Do you think the confl ict could have been handled diff erently?
