– Assessing & recording student performance is crucial for student success (must have a paper trail for student grades and to create a level playing field)
– Grade is supported with rubric / grading criteria
EXAMPLE:
Rubrics are the end of each practical procedure in Pivot Point’s A Designers Approach textbooks that lists each procedure step with their point value that is used to assess student performance (grade)
