1- Review

Draw a spider diagram and ask students to give as many daily activities as they can. Show students a power point slide on daily routines and ask some of them to drill the slides.

Ask them questions about the time when they do certain daily routines to review time. Meanwhile, I will try to focus on prepositions of time. I may write some examples in the blackboard.2- Pre-listening:

I am going to pre-teach these voc-items using a power-point slide or teach them in context by giving examples to elicit them from students. Dialogue n1:

A day in a life of Jack:First Jack wakes up at half past twelve. He has breakfast while reading a magazine at 2:00pm. Then he leaves home to go to work at half past six. He starts work at nine oclock. He plays the clown in a circus. He finishes work at half past twelve and after he waits for the bus. He gets home at quarter past one. He eats dinner in front of the television at half past one. Finally, he goes to bed at three.

A day in a life of Sara:

First, Sara gets up at quarter past seven. She leaves home for work at ten past eight. She starts work at nine oclock until one oclock when she has lunch in a fast-food restaurant. After lunch, she works until five oclock. When she finishes work, she takes the tube to go back home. She arrives at her flat at quarter past six. Then she eats dinner in front of the television.
