Creating a Structure for your Video-Game Trailer
Beginning – set-up – what the game is about
Middle – set-up leads to rising action – suggest the exciting bits
End – conclusion – what you have to do to complete the game
19
![Page 20: Lesson 8](https://reader036.vdocuments.us/reader036/viewer/2022062405/55513c6db4c905f2288b45bd/html5/thumbnails/20.jpg)
Storyboard your Own ‘New’ Video Game
1. Decide whether you are designing an announcement trailer or a launch trailer. Both are 30 seconds.
2. Plan your structure.
3. Then storyboard the first 10 frames of your trailer.
20
![Page 21: Lesson 8](https://reader036.vdocuments.us/reader036/viewer/2022062405/55513c6db4c905f2288b45bd/html5/thumbnails/21.jpg)
Plenary
Peer assess the storyboard of the person sitting next to you.
