What makes a good questionnaire?

• Write a short questionnaire;

• Use simple questions, don’t over

complicate them with long words or

complex grammar;

• Don't write leading question;

• Use a balanced and constant rating

scales;

• Don't make the list of choices too

long;

• Use closed-ended questions rather

than open-ended ones;

• Put your questions in a logical order.
