Marriott’s Grande Ocean Resort
Situated on the brilliant beaches of
Hilton Head, SC is Marriott’s Grande
Ocean Resort. The planning of this fa-
cility takes full advantage of the small
site by carefully placing all eleven
buildings so as to allow for ocean
views from every suite. Many live
oaks on the site were protected and
saved enhancing the lush landscape
of the property. This improved ground
plane has a rich environment of ga-
zebos, pools, fountains and trellises.
The stucco finished buildings with
their metal roofs and trellis covered
patios are the back drop for this site.
Each of the 280 suites is a two-bed-
room, two-bath vacation villas with
spacious master suites, separate
living and dining areas, and private
balconies. Just steps from the Hilton
Head Beach, the property include fit-
ness center, and scenic pools over-
looking the Atlanta Ocean.
Awarded the American Resort Devel-
opment Association top honors for
Resort Architecture, the complex re-
mained a design standard for many
future HHI developments.

Nestled between the beach of the Atlantic & Intracoastal Waterway, Marriott’s Beach Place Tow-
ers in Fort Lauderdale is the ultimate seaside retreat. This Mediterranean styled mixed-use
interval ownership and retail high-rise development consists of 6 levels of parking and 18 lev-
els of guest rooms. Spacious one- and two-bedroom villas or deluxe guest rooms situated
atop three floors of retail shops & restaurants. These Fort Lauderdale vacation villas feature
separate living and dining areas, large master suites with king beds and oversized soaking tubs,

full kitchens, utility rooms with washer/dryer and more. Just steps
from the sand and surf, as well as world-class shopping and dining,
the villas for rent in Fort Lauderdale offer easy access to all that this
exciting city has to offer. Awarded the American Resort Develop-
ment Association honors for Resort Architecture, the complex was
Marriott’s first urban high-rise resort property. The top level has an
owner’s lounge viewing both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal
Waterway. The Architect of Record is Roy D. Smith & Associates
and NCG’s responsibilities include design of the residential tower and
construction documents of the units as well as peer review.

The Concord Resort, Spa, Casino and Con-
vention Center, Lake Kiamesha, New York
- The Concord Resort is a $1 billion multi-
phase, 2,500,000 SF mixed-use development
currently under construction in upstate New
York. The development includes a 1,500-
room hotel and spa in two high-rise towers;
over 100,000 SF of retail, restaurants, night
clubs and lounges; and a 100,000 SF casino.
The development features several public as-
sembly venues: a 1,400-seat performing
arts center; a 7,500-seat arena/event center;
and generous ballroom and meeting facilities.
Lessard Group designed the campus master
plan for this 1,600-acre resort as well as the
architecture for the buildings. When fully built
out, the development will consist of approxi-
mately 1.5 million SF of air-conditioned space
and 1 million SF of parking garages.4-st

The RITZ-CARLTON RESIDENCES, North Hills offers the exclusivity and pri-

of Long Island, just 20 miles from Manhattan. The sprawling residences feature the leg-
endary services of the world-renowned hotel company coupled with a stately 35,000
