Management Trainee responsible for monitoring performance, help establish resolutions for account issues that arise, act as a liaison in submitting requests, provide daily leadership to Customer Service Agents and participate in on-going training of Verizon systems. As a Management Trainee, I play a key role in ensuring that new policies and procedures are monitored and enforced.

Account Analyst provide resolution to Verizon Wireless accounts with credit balances by determining whether a credit balance is the result of an overpayment, a payment that has been misapplied and needs to be transferred to another account, an adjustment, or a combination of these items. I analyze the data to determine the corrective action needed to zero the account out and submits appropriate documentation for the resolution of the credit. I am responsible for the validation of credit balance payments to appropriate accounts, and must ensure all adjustments are accurate and reasonable.
