Classes
In these classes, students will practice yoga postures and meditation techniques that will increase flexibility, flush out toxins, and tone muscles.
• Students receive a 10 lesson package; each lesson is 1hr 15min. • Levels available are beginner to advanced. • Students have the flexibility to schedule lessons according to their wishes
and the weekly schedule organized by Synergy Yoga. • Class options include Meditation, Power and Hot yoga, Kundalini, Ashtanga,
Vinyasa and more.• About Synergy Yoga
Synergy Yoga is only a short 10 minute walk from Rennert SoBe. It is the original First Yoga center of Miami, promoting all yoga styles and Healing arts since 1998. The center is cozy, family oriented where students will be able to create new friends in a safe environment.

How To Book This Course: Yoga
1. Provide Rennert Admissions Coordinator with a completed Rennert English Registration Form.
2. Your Rennert Admissions Coordinator will confirm the course by issuing the student’s invoice and confirmation documents
3. Students are free to schedule the 10 lesson yoga package at Synergy Yoga at their convenience (beginner – advanced levels are welcome)
