Unfolding over nearly half of the upper level, two adjacent bedrooms create a fabulous overflow suite for extended friends and family. The most recent addition is the bunk room adorned with shiplap walls to three built-in beds. The exquisite finishes carry to the two additional second-floor bedrooms and a new full bath conveniently located between the rooms. To maximize the entertainment space, the 3-season porch was remodeled creating a volume ceiling, new tile, and a three-paneled slider. A new glass side door leads to the outdoor oasis that offers a dining area, living area, and grilling area. The space is dramatized by a pergola, creative lighting, and flowering foliage making this the sought after entertainment location. This home is the perfect setting to make memories with an abundance of family and friends. 8 beach badges and 6 beach chairs are provided. They must be accounted for at the end of the stay or they will be replaced with your security deposit. Cable boxes with Tv are in Lr, Fam Rm and MBR.
