Final Distribution of Preferences Summary

Table 1 This table shows the official distribution of preferences for districts where the two preferred candidates were from the Labor and Liberal parties. Total valid votes excludes those previously exhausted.

Table 2This table shows the official distribution of preferences for districts where one of the two preferred candidates was not from the Labor or Liberal party. For the purpose of statistical analysis, the ballot papers from the districts of Alfred Cove, Blackwood-Stirling, Central Wheatbelt, Eyre, Kalgoorlie, Kwinana, Moore, Nedlands and Wagin were notionally distributed in an attempt to identify an indicative Labor/Liberal two party preferred result. The results of these distributions appear on the following page - Two Party Preferred Analysis (districts where one of the preferred candidates was not a member of the Labor or Liberal party).
