The redevelopment of Liberty Commons complements the existing retail landscape of the busy

intersection of I-35 and MO Hwy 152 in the northeast quadrant of the Kansas City market.

The 325,000-square-foot center contains new-to-trade-area shops, restaurants, a specialty grocery

store and a hotel.

• Traffic counts: more than 60,000 per day along I-35 and nearly 50,000 along MO Hwy 152

• Average household income of more than $97,359 in the immediate area

• B&B Theatre, which features a meeting area and 14 theatre screens, purchased six acres
