LEGACY

The city is home to one of the most important folk and cultural festivals of Colombia, the Carnival of Barranquil-la, which was declared a National Cultural Heritage by the Congress of Colombia in 2001 and recognized by UNESCO in 2003.[3][4] Ernesto Cortissoz International Air-port, was built in Barranquilla in 1919, becoming the first airport in South America. The city is served by domestic and international flights.

Barranquilla is a city and municipality located in northern Colombia, near the Caribbean Sea. The city is located in the Atlántico Department, of which it is the capital. Bar-ranquilla is the largest city and port in the northern Carib-bean Coast region of Colombia, with a population of 1,885,500 as of 2011 in its metropolitan area, which makes it Colombia's fourth most populous city after Bogotá, Medellín and Cali.

AIESEC UNINORTE is located in the top 20 in the Global Ranking of AIESEC International in 2013 & considered one of the most important local committee in Colombia and Latin America in general terms by the great positive impact generated in society, through the development of a holistic experience to all its members through leader-ship opportunities and participation in global learning en-vironments to over 150 young students and recent gradu-ates from over ten universities located in the city of Bar-ranquilla.

LEGACY is an initiative of AIESEC UNINORTE aiming to generate a massive impact that will change as many lives as possible around the world. The concept of LEGACY as a project, is to develop young people through making them the leaders of social projects. The interns will be working as members of a Task Force in the different exchange areas improving processes through creating and executing new strategies. The intern MUST have worked on AIESEC before, preferred TLP, MC, EB Member or NST. The in-terns must have excellent communication and team management skills.

You will be in charge of supporting IGCDP sells with educational institu-tions and NGOs by attending sales meetings and encouraging them to work with AIESEC. Also, You will support the MATCH team of IGCDP and you will have specific MATCH goals, not onlyonly with your LC or your country, but in general with the global network.

IGCDP Managers2You will support OGIP MATCH process by doing the exchange applicant's in-terviews and also strengthening LC to LC cooperations between AIESEC UNI-NORTE and your LC. Also, you will be in charge of supporting OGIP sells and promotion strategies.

You will be in charge of supporting IGIP sells in educational institutions by at-tending sales meetings and encourag-ing companies to work with AIESEC. Also, you will be in charge of helping IGIP team in any promotion campaign.

IGIP Manager1You will be in charge of supporting OGCDP sells and promotion strategies by creating and executing BTL and ATL strategies. Also, you will be in charge of helping OGCDP team in any promo-tion campaign planned.

OGCDP Managers 2

You will be in charge of supporting sells and promotion strategies in each uni-versity of AIESEC UNINORTE's market by executing promotion campaigns with the Specialized Units team.

Specialized Units Managers2You will lead a team of 9 other interns contributing to the operations of AIESEC UNINORTE. You will be in charge of the follow up of the team and you will also create strategies with them according to each one JD.
