Mission: The mission of the Lee Coun-
ty School District is to ensure that all
students are successful as members
of an ever-changing society through
effective teaching of a challenging
and relevant curriculum.
Parental Involvement Studies have shown that children are more successful when parents are in-volved in their education. You can help your child succeed by volunteering, help-ing with homework, reading to your child and talking with your child’s teacher.

Parent Involvement / Shared Responsibilities
Parent Involvement is an important aspect of Title I. As a parent you can influence your child’s success in school. We encourage you to be actively involved in your child’s education. The Parent Involvement Policy for Lee County Schools was jointly developed with parental participation to meet the No Child Left Behind Act and to meet the combined needs of parents, students and schools. Each Title I school has a unique paren-tal policy that is supplemental to the district policy. Each Title I school will develop a School Parent Compact. You can help by making sure your child attend school every day, making sure homework is complete and attending parent teacher conferences.
