Ledger Statement Printing with Ageing
Introduction
Ageing analysis of bills outstanding is done to identify the bills for which amount
is due for a long period of time.
In Tally.ERP 9, the ageing analysis can be applied on Ledger or Group
Outstanding's and Bills Receivables or Payables screen.
This Add-on helps the user to print the Ageing analysis when a Ledger Statement is Printed.
IMPORTANT !As a best practice it is advisable to back up your company data.

Setup Guide
1. Activate the Add-on
For Tally.ERP 9 Series A version lower than Release 3.2
Go to Gateway of Tally > F11: Features > Accounting Features
Set “Yes” to the options “<<Print Agewise Outstanding with Ledger Statement Print >>”
For Tally.ERP 9 Series A Release 3.2 and above
Go to Gateway of Tally > F11: Features > Add-on Features
Set “Yes” to the options “<<Print Agewise Outstanding with Ledger Statement Print >>”

Go to Gateway of Tally > F11: Features > Accounting Features>
Set Maintain Bill-wise Details > “Yes”

Go to Gateway of Tally > Display > Statements of Accounts > Outstanding's>Ledger > Select the Ledger > Select F6: Age wise from the button bar in the Ledger Outstanding's screen.

Set the age periods required for the report

The Ledger Outstanding report appears with the applied ageing method.

This ageing Total is printed when the Ledger statement is printed as show below: Press Alt + A to Set the age periods required to print with the Invoice.
Go to Gateway of Tally > Display > Account Books > Ledger
1. Select the Period2. Press Alt + F5 to Set the age periods required to print with the Ledger Statement.

Set Show Agewise Details also in Print? Yes

Q. Which version/releases of Tally.ERP 9 does the add-on support?
Ans. This add-on will work only with Tally.ERP 9 Series A, release 3.6 onwards.
