    Dealing with Violence and Disputes:llah, the ! alted has e plained systematic ways of dealing with

    violence and disputes amongst #uslims. $he first step towardssettlements should be to convince both the entities to makepeace and cease the aggression without making parties.

    %econdly, if one entity does not stop fighting then his oppositionmust be aided until he returns to the command of Allah. $he&rophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam( emphasi)ed this issuesaying* "+elp your brother whether he is the oppressor or theoppressed."     $his verse introduces certain prohibitions necessary for theestablishment of successful Islamic %ociety. Allah forbidsthe believers from mockery, scorning or looking down atsomeone 2 %corn is the product of &ride, which is itselfprohibited in Islam.     Al2Gjb in this +adeeth implies arrogance due to self2praise. It borders on the slave who is blessed by Allahwith +is Ability of hiding imperfections and sins. Allahhides his sins and imperfections from the people andyet he behaves in a manner as though he is better thansome.

    Al2Gjb may or may not be apparent, and if manifestedoutwardly it is called &ride or Arrogance. It creeps untous when ideal discussions take place critici)ing the

    sinner, though we do not name him. It is a way of'showing your pride without showing it' And the#essenger of Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam( said*"+e will not enter &aradise who has even a speck ofpride in his heart." 1%aheeh #uslim3
