Operator’s Training
Our ever growing team of technicians is constantly on the move to meet and fulfill your operational requirements. Trane however is pleased to provide an onsite Operator’s Training (1 day) to our privileged customers.
This service includes training for the system operators or building engineers for the unit on site. Through this training, they will gain an overall understanding and improve the ability to operate and maintain the chiller.

Thermography
Thermography is a predictive tool to identify potential problems before they happen. It is a proven way to detect and diagnose problems in a completely non-invasive manner and is conducted while your plant is in operation. It helps reduce failure detection times and allows for additional time for necessary maintenance. As part of our services you will receive a detailed report generated by our computerized infrared scanner identifying:

Trane Rental Services
The need for temporary cooling increases when temperatures rise during summer time. Trane rental chillers keep building occupants comfortable and industrial processes running smoothly.
Whether planned or unplanned, temporary solutions can be installed quickly to provide cooling all summer long without disruption to ‘business as usual’. Short-term and long-term rentals are available, including a ‘rent-to-own’ option.
Trane is one of the few chiller service companies with its own fleet of rental chillers which is used primarily to provide temporary cooling to customers whose plant is undergoing a repair or major upgrade. What’s more is that the chillers are all relatively new!

Trane Adiabatic Cooling is a unique system that improves the performance of all air cooled equipment operating in adverse conditions. Without requiring energy use to provide its cooling effect, Trane Adiabatic Cooling improves reliability and efficiency. Designed for versatility, simple installation and economical operation system is based on the natural thermodynamic properties of water, leading to a potential reduction of as much as 20ºC in air temperature. (a 10°C temperature drop delivers a 13% reduction in power consumption, bringing immediate cost saving)

Vibration Analysis
Vibration analysis can identify problems long before they become noticeable through typical external observation. Every piece of HVAC equipment with rotating components has its own vibration signature. Any change in this signature can be used as an accurate means of identifying developing problems. The monitoring and diagnostics system reliably detects not only potential defects at the initial stage of their development but also identifies the exact defect type and its severity. The vibration measurement and analysis techniques used by Trane can identify a wide range of developing faults such as shaft misalignment, bearing defects, imbalance, or motor electrical problems. Similarly, occupational health, comfort and safety of a building’s occupants and its compliance with national and local legislations are also a concern. Terms & Conditions
1. Hours mentioned are maximum hours however response may be earlier than indicated time. Onsite hours are for locations within city limits only. Please add 2 hours for sites outside city limits.
2. Applicable to a maximum of one site per year. All listed discounts are on Trane Quoted Price only.
3. Applicable to a maximum of one site per year with no limitations on the number of chillers at single site. All listed discounts are on Trane Quoted Price only.
4. Applicable to a maximum of one site per year. Trane reserves the right to evaluate shortage of chiller capacity at site. In case capacity requirement is more than 150 TR, additional capacity shall be supplied at extra price.
5. Applicable for a maximum of three chillers on one site per year.
6. Applicable to a maximum of 15 screw compressors or five centrifugal compressors on one site per year. All listed discounts are on Trane Quoted Price only.
7. Applicable to a maximum of one site per year for components connected to chillers within plant room only. Conditions can be mutually agreed upon before carrying out the audit.
8. Applicable to a maximum of one site per year. Site must have active LAN with 3G internet connectivity. Trane CPM along with updated model of BCU is also required to support TIS functions.
All qualifying members must comply with agreed payment terms.
Trane and Ingersoll Rand reserve the right to revoke and withdraw any of the benefits and privileges at their sole discretion.
