Do you have School Leaver Employment Support funding in your NDIS plan?NDIS SLES funding allows eligible school leavers to gain the skills needed to transition into employment. At WISE Employment we provide focused, one on one mentorship as part of our SLES program. We build a framework of supports around your individual needs and requirements. We focus our attention on your employment and training goals after leaving school. Our unique approach differs from group programs with a more flexible structure and broader outcomes, meaning you receive dedicated supports designed to maximise your abilities.
