Investing in qualityOur fully integrated file input to plate-output digital workflow system is state

of the art, with no corner cutting. Developed in consultation with our technology

partner, Screen, the system is now part of our pre-press process.

Our plate manufacturing delivers the highest quality, time after time. This

means better image quality, registration and colour matching.

Comprehensive pre-flighting of all data is an integral part of our work- flow.

Automated profiling identifies errors in file structure, then further pre-flighting

is carried out by skilled personnel with an in depth knowledge of the production

process. All data is verified for image resolution, fonts, colours and page

geometry.

Each job is refined to produce Digital Masters. These are used to render

contract proofs, then CTP output. As files are rendered, trapping is applied

and for plate output, screening is applied to suit the printing requirements.

Processes are carefully controlled to optimize colour reproduction and print

quality.

All our efforts are focused on first time approval. Alterations are easily

accommodated within our flexible workflow.

Great results every timeQuality control is an integral part of our process. We have installed many

procedures for checking and verifying each stage of job handling to ensure

your job passes through correctly and to your specification. This is in
