1. What is Royal Caribbean Travel Protection Program?

Formerly known as CruiseCare, Royal Caribbean Travel Protection Program is a vacation protection plan that can be

purchased for your clients for their cruise reservation.

2. What benefits are included in the Royal Caribbean Travel Protection Program?

Your clients will enjoy the following benefits:

• Medical Expense Coverage:

Emergency Evacuation up to $25,000 (per person)

Repatriation of remains up to $25,000 (per person)

Accident Medical Expense up to $10,000 (per person)

Sickness Medical Expense up to $10,000 (per person)

• Luggage Protection: We’ve got your client’s bags covered. We’ll reimburse their lost, stolen or damaged luggage up

to$1,500 and up to $500 for covered replacement items if their bags are delayed.

• 24/7 Support: We offer round-the-clock aid with travel changes, lost luggage, lost documents, emergency cash

transfer, legal assistance, medical consultations and much more so you can get a good night sleep when your clients

are on vacation.•

Cancel for Any Reason: Last minute cancellation? We’ve got your clients covered for 75% to 100% of the unused

portion of the cruise, no matter what comes up.

• Travel Delay Coverage: Your clients will receive up to $500 for covered travel expenses for them to meet us at the

next port.

3. When can I add the Royal Caribbean Travel Protection Program to my client’s reservation and when is payment required?

Royal Caribbean Travel Protection Program can be added to a reservation at any time from deposit up to and including the

final payment date that is provided by the booking system. The plan cost may be paid at any time from deposit up to and

including final payment date.

4. Is my booking commission protected if my client cancels their cruise?

Yes, Royal Caribbean Travel Protection Program protects the Travel Partner’s booking commission in ALL cancellation

periods except 100% (as commission is automatically protected in full penalty) IF the guests have purchased the program

and the booking is fully paid – even if the guest is cancelling for a non-covered reason. The protected commission cannot

exceed the cancellation charge amount. Provided by Royal Caribbean under the Cancellation Penalty Waiver Program.

5. Are there any residency restrictions regarding which of my clients can book?

Please verify your clients’ residency prior to advising them of their options for Royal Caribbean Travel Protection Program. If

your clients are residents of New York State, you can help them purchase their travel protection program through

www.travelcruisecare.com. If they are residents of any of the other United States, Royal Caribbean Travel Protection

Program can be purchased through your existing reservations system. Please note that you can offer your clients who are

residents of any of the United States a travel protection program through www.travelcruisecare.com and they will receive

the same level of service and protection as they would through the existing Royal Caribbean Travel Protection Program as

both programs are fulfilled by the same provider.
