As it is known by all, communication is always looked upon as a key factor in a person’s overall growth whether in career, personal or professional relationships. We, members of team A, have therefore noticed that to be truly successful one of the major techniques that must be mastered is the art of communicating. Our slide presentation will help you comprehend the importance of understanding people and to be understood by others. In society there are people who cannot express or explain what they have done in a convincing manner in order to persuade their audience. Visual aids help a presentation reach its objectives. Our slide will definitely help you reach your objectives by providing emphasis to whatever is being conveyed. In addition, this slide will offer clear pictures in order to raise the audience's level of understanding of the material presented, and points which should reinforce approaches, clarify points, and create a good communication for ideas to be effective.

Techniques to present ideas and to persuade the audience effectively

The power to persuade people to do something you want can be a great skill . This applies to all areas, whether you are in business or in any other activity. Of course, being able to persuade and influence others is an important skill that can help you achieve your goals, especially if you need to deal with a lot of individuals.

“Use powerful words and fluid speech. If you sound hesitant, your audience would most probably sense uncertainty and that may be a hindrance to your being able to persuade people more easily. Learn to use powerful convincing words in conveying ideas that you want people to believe. Likewise, you can also use unappealing or words with negative connotations to ideas that you don't want them to choose. Aside from the wise choice of words, it is also important to check out your speech. Get rid of the terms and expressions in your speech that may make you appear less confident. Approaches to use to communicate our ideas effectively.

As we all know, communication, is a process that involves at least two people, which is a sender and a receiver. For it to be successful, the receiver must understand the message in the way that the sender intended it to do.

Therefore, we in team A will be effective at all points in our communication process and we will make sure we are comfortable with the different channels of communication that we use. We take this opportunity to advise that, when you communicate well, you can be very successful. On the other hand, poor communicators struggle to develop their careers beyond a certain point.

CONCLUSION

In a nutshell, some people were born with the ability to persuade and convince others. They seem to know instinctively how to say the right things to make listeners agree with their conclusions. To close our presentation, team A asks you not to worry if you were not born with this ability, but you simply need to practice the art of persuasion.
