EDUC 122— Assessment of Learning 2
Create an ePortfolio using any website you find efficient. Your ePortfolio shall showcase the
following:
1. Curriculum Vitae
2. Application letter addressed to any prospective employer
3. Informative Power Point Presentation of your assigned topic during the class facilitation
4. Sample task design for the following lessons:
a. Solar System
b. Lunar Phases
5. Sample scoring rubrics for the following tasks:
a. Jazz Chants
b. Interpretative Storytelling
6. Class Record (in Excel):
Using each of the following methods of grading and reporting, compute the final
grades of thirty (30) students enrolled in an Educ 122 subject.
a. Averaging Method
b. Cumulative Method
c. Weighted Percentage Method (Prelim: 30% ; Midtem: 30% ; Finals: 40%)
7. Visit www.DepEd.gov.ph and download the Class Record Templates of your own field of
specialization. With the downloaded template, compute the final grades of 30 students with
hypothetically determined grade entries.
Note: For the generalists, choose one subject area.
8. Send your ePortfolio’s link at [email protected] on or before October 21, 2015 using your
personal gmail account with the sample format indicated hereunder for ease of recognition:
