What is a Learning Style? A learning style is the manner in which a person’s brain

learns and stores information efficiently. No one learns the same, therefore, there are many

different learning styles. Additionally, learning styles have nothing to do with

intelligence or skill; therefore, there is no good, bad, right, or wrong style.

Page 9: Learning Styles And Training

Why is it important to the Trainer? You will be able to help your trainees learn to store the

information efficiently and help them understand how their brain learns best. retain new skills better

Everyone does not learn the same way you do. Everyone doesn’t learn like you do If you train them right the first time it reduces costs later. The trainer can facilitate an understanding of each other’s

differences so that everyone can become more tolerant and understanding of other people in their workplaces.

Ways to diversify your presentation to be understood and enjoyed by more people
